Custom Orders

Custom orders and Made to Order Garments are available. Please inquire and let us know what you like.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and must be paid in full prior to shipping. Please e-mail for custom request. 

Lead-time estimates are subject to change pending material availability and studio workload.

Returns

Items purchased via online store may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange/store credit and must first be confirmed and approved by Amy Nguyen via email. Purchases made at in-person events are considered Final Sale. 

All items must be in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and signature request.

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items.

Custom orders/Made to Order items are considered final sale and are not refundable/returnable.

Shipping

All items will ship via USPS Mail and will be insured unless other arrangements are made.

All items currently available will ship within 8-10 days of purchase unless otherwise noted within the item description. 

USPS Priority Mail = $5.00-$20.00

USPS Priority Express Mail = $25.00-$40.00
